Why do I need more than one session?
Lasers can only treat hairs in the active growth phase. Because hairs cycle through growth phases at different times, a course of treatments is needed to reach as many follicles as possible.
How long does a session take?
It depends on the size of the area. An upper lip can take seconds; legs take a few minutes.
Does it hurt?
Most people find it very tolerable. You may feel warmth from the laser and cold from the cooled tip. Temporary redness around the follicles is the most common reaction.
