Ultraformer III is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin tightening treatment. Micro-focused ultrasound energy is delivered to precise depths beneath the skin, including the deep SMAS layer addressed in surgical facelifts, to contract existing collagen fibres and stimulate new collagen.
Some tightening is often felt straight away, with the main results developing gradually over around three months as new collagen forms, for a natural, lifted look without downtime.

How does it work?
Micro-focused ultrasound heats targeted layers beneath the skin, contracting collagen fibres and stimulating long-term collagen growth.
What will I feel during treatment?
Treatment takes around 25–45 minutes. You may feel some discomfort as the energy is delivered, particularly in the deeper layers. Settings are adjusted for your comfort.
What results can I expect?
An immediate sense of tightening, followed by gradual improvement as new collagen forms, peaking at around six to nine months. Results can last a year or more, and a maintenance treatment every 6 to 12 months helps sustain them.
